The Anar Association, in cooperation with the Association of Parents of People with Special Needs โ€“ Our Children, implemented a unique recreational activity targeting mothers, aiming to enhance their psychological and social support. The activity included a range of interactive arts and play activities that provided a safe space for expressing feelings and alleviating daily pressures, in an atmosphere of positive interaction and mutual support among the participants. We believe that empowering mothers and supporting them psychologically and socially is the cornerstone of building a more cohesive and healthy society.

A fun day in every sense of the word

A truly fun-filled day! โœจ In coordination with the Ministry of Social Development, and in the presence of Ms. Rasha Qabbaleh and Ms. Samar Othman, and with the participation of the "Makers of Glory" group, represented by Mr. Abu Islam Dweikat, and the Dabke troupe from the Gardenia Association, a special day filled with joy and happiness was held. The activity included interactive musical performances, traditional Dabke dances, and face painting, bringing joy to the children's hearts and creating an unforgettable atmosphere. ๐ŸŽ‰ We extend our sincere thanks to the Al-Majd Association for their generous hospitality and gifts for the children, and we also thank the Popular Committee for hosting this activity at Yasser Arafat Park.A huge thank you to the trainees from Al-Andalib College โ€“ Nursing Department, represented by trainer Yahya and trainer Hiba, for their efforts and active participation. ๐ŸŒท We also extend our deepest gratitude to the mothers and children for accepting the invitation and their wonderful participation, which added a beautiful touch to this day.

An atmosphere full of color and expression

In an atmosphere brimming with color and expression, the #Anar Association, in collaboration with the Parents of People with Special Needs Association โ€“ Our Children, conducted a recreational art activity for children aged 12-13. The activity utilized art as a safe means of expressing feelings. The children created artwork using clay, expressing the things that bring them the most joy in their lives. This allowed them to express their inner thoughts and experiences in a healthy and wholesome way, contributing to increased self-awareness and emotional release through creativity. The gathering provided a supportive and safe space, enabling the children to express themselves freely, share their feelings and experiences, and foster a sense of comfort and belonging within a stimulating and encouraging environment. Under the title "#OurStories"

Under the title "#OurStories," and in a safe and supportive space, the Anar Association, in cooperation with the Ahli Association for People with Special Needs - Our Children, held a unique and empowering workshop for women on timely self-care. Given the specific circumstances and the uncertainty surrounding them, this workshop served to emphasize the importance of women's voices and feelings. It also opened a genuine door for women to gather in an environment that embraced their stories, providing them with an opportunity to express themselves, actively participate, and regain some psychological well-being. The meeting focused on the importance of self-care as a fundamental means of resilience. It explored simple and practical methods to help women take care of themselves despite life's pressures and enhance their mental well-being in the face of daily challenges. The meeting included engaging and creative activities that allowed participants to delve into their feelings and express them creatively. This helped release stress, foster feelings of comfort, and strengthen their sense of inner strength and peace. "#OurStories" was more than just a meeting; it was a space for life, a dose of support, and a message that you are not alone.

Educational and recreational activities were conducted in cooperation with the Nursing Department of Al-Andalib College.

Educational and entertaining activities were conducted in collaboration with the Nursing Department of Al-Andalib College, with the participation of our outstanding trainees from Al-Quds Open University. These activities combined learning with enjoyment, contributing to the enhancement of skills and the development of awareness among children, in a vibrant, supportive, and loving atmosphere. A special week full of achievements and visits at the association.

As part of the associationโ€™s ongoing efforts to promote community partnerships and improve the level of services provided, we welcomed a distinguished group of visitors this week, including a representative from the โ€œNafas for Empowermentโ€ Foundation and a representative from the โ€œAnarโ€ Foundation, along with a group of trainees from An-Najah National University. During these visits, a comprehensive presentation was given on the association's activities and diverse programs, as well as the high-quality services it provides to our children and their families, reflecting our humanitarian and educational mission to support and empower people with special needs. Fruitful and constructive discussions were also held, resulting in the coordination of a series of awareness days for mothers, aimed at raising awareness and family support, in addition to organizing purposeful recreational activities that bring joy to our children and enhance their social integration. We at the association believe in the importance of these meetings in opening new avenues for cooperation and strengthening joint work with partner institutions, in order to serve the best interests of our children and contribute to building a more aware and cohesive society. We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who visited us, and we look forward to the continuation of these fruitful efforts towards a better future.

The head of the Association of Families of People with Special Needs โ€“ Our Children, Mr. Ahmed Abu Saadeh, along with an official delegation representing institutions and organizations in Askar Camp, the Reconciliation, Tribal Affairs, and Civil Peace Committee, representatives of released prisoners and educational staff, and accompanied by the Fatah Movement's organizing committee in the old Askar Camp (Martyr Naeem Al-Lahham Citadel), visited His Excellency Hussein Al-Sheikh, Vice President of the State of Palestine. During the meeting, a comprehensive overview of the camp's situation and the challenges facing refugees was presented, with a focus on urgent needs in various political, security, economic, social, and cultural aspects. The meeting included in-depth discussions on the concerns of the residents and ways to improve their conditions. His Excellency expressed his appreciation for the resilience of the camp's residents, emphasizing the importance of supporting them and strengthening their steadfastness under the current circumstances. An awareness meeting with Nablus police regarding the protection and safety of children

A comprehensive awareness meeting was held, covering key details and essential discussions with a community focus. The meeting was attended by a group of mothers and facilitated by the Nablus Police, represented by Constable Luna Mukhallati, Major Laila Abu Laila, and Lieutenant Sanaa Al-Zein. This meeting was part of an initiative to enhance community awareness, reinforce concepts of family protection and safety, and improve mothers' education, thereby contributing to building a more informed and engaged society. We would like to express our appreciation to the Nablus Police's various startups for their ongoing efforts and pioneering commitment to community service.
